I am a credentialed teacher with current endorsements in secondary Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and elementary Health/SEL. With a background of 10 years of teaching experience in multiple disciplines, along with a diverse portfolio of wilderness exploration, I am continually humbled by the greatest professor, Mother Earth. Through movement and creative expression I want to invite you to join me in the discovery of what it means to live creative, abundant, and free.

My hope for you is to be moved to live a more creatively abundant life, free from restraint. To come to understand how important it is that we celebrate our lives and do not take one moment for granted. I want our species to be ultra mindful to the world we live in and recognize that it is an honor to be intricately woven into the web of life.
